The Career of David Schillo Part 3

David Schillo has sustained an outstanding career as a professional in the fields of adapted physical education, grade school instruction, exercise science, and public health and promotion. Here is the third and last bunch of David’s exceptional professional successes.

David Schillo has been an 8th grade science teacher at the Dickson County Public School in Dickson, Tennessee since 2017. While working as a science teacher at this school, he has been tasked with an array of different duties. A few of which are:

  • He is responsible for the proper supervision and instruction of five distinct and fundamental science classes and one STEM based classe for 8th grade students.
  • He designs and instructs course planning and content in accordance with the state-wide curriculum regulations.
  • He organizes interactive programs to promote student participation and further the exploration of standard science subjects.
  • David Schillo utilizes Cognitive Development Theory as an instrument to organize unique instruction schedules that are adjustable for the requirements of all students.
  • He checks in with students and parents to set academic and professional goals in all environments.
  • He collaborates with school faculty and parents to provide services to support student success or intervene whenever necessary.
  • He employs a great number of distinct teaching methods to address the requirements of all students.
  • He uses intricate assessment techniques to comprehend how to meet the needs of students with different types of learning methods.
  • He organizes parent-teacher conferences to foster collaboration and ensure parents are given the opportunity to be involved with their child’s academic experience.
